JUDO

Judo (way or the flexibility) is a martial art and a fighting sport of Japanese origin (budo), founded by Jigoro Kano in 1882. It consists for the most part of projective techniques, ground control, and key bottlenecks. The place where we practice judo called dōjō or dojo (place of study of the track). Practitioners (judoka) bear a holding called enhanced cotton judogi, often mistakenly called kimono, which is the generic name of Japanese traditional dress. The uniform
is generally white, but to facilitate the distinction between combatants in the competitions, a judoka can have a blue uniform at all levels of competition (if the judoka has no blue uniform, the distinction will be made at the using red or white belt). For competitions at the national level, one of the two judokas should be of a uniform blue. Judo is practiced barefoot on a tatami. Judo is an Olympic sport.

THE MORAL CODE


The Judo instills core values which fit into each other to build a moral formation. Compliance with the code is the primary condition, the basis of the practice of Judo.

During this week of skiing, I could see every day Mount white!

Mont Blanc is at the heart of the Mont Blanc massif and is the culmination of the Alps. It is also the highest peak in Western Europe, which earned him the nickname of the Roof of Europe. Notre Dame de Bellecombe

During the week of holidays, I left skiing with my brother, my cousin and a couple of friends. We went in the Alps more precisely at Notre Dame de Bellecombe where my uncle and my aunt have an apartment that avoids seek housing. It's good practice!
